From our vineyards of Castello Roganzuolo in San Fior (located in the province of Treviso, the heart of the historical production of Prosecco grapes), we take the basic product of the must whose fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks intoxicate us with exciting scents of wildflowers , apple and Golden Pippin.
The second fermentation to capture the bubbles takes place in small vessels (autoclaves), where the wine is kept for at least 60 days.
It has a pale straw colour and a perlage that is delicate and very durable. The palate detects a great balance between the softness from the residual sugar and the natural acidity that comes from the grapes.
It is a sparkling wine for used for aperitifs and delicious savoury pies; it also goes well with pastries, cakes and plum cake.
