This is a rosé wine made from the Raboso grape, left to macerate with its skins for 36-48 hours.
It has a scent reminiscent of cherries in their intense, full flavour of pre-harvested fruit and wild raspberries.
In the mouth it manifests its special character with a succession of wonderful sensations of liveliness, freshness with a pleasant acidity combined with a pleasing roundness.
With this wine we recommend a bold combination with pizza, fast-food dishes and with modern creative cuisine.
It is most appreciated in the summer, because it is particularly refreshing.
Serve chilled at 6-8 °C.
